Operational Terms & Agreement

At GRAIN BAG STORAGE SYSTEMS, L.L.C., we take our commitment to cargo integrity seriously. But how do we define the boundaries of that responsibility during transit? Our operations are governed by industry-standard protocols to protect both the carrier and the client.

1. Liability & Cargo Transit

Our liability for loss or damage to freight is strictly limited to the declared value of the goods or standard industry limits ($0.50 per pound) unless higher valuations are agreed upon in writing. We're not responsible for delays caused by weather, road closures, or mechanical failures out of our immediate control.

2. Warehousing & Grain Storage

Grain Bag Storage Systems and related warehousing services require specific environmental conditions. Clients are responsible for ensuring cargo meets moisture and purity standards before entry. GRAIN BAG STORAGE SYSTEMS, L.L.C. maintains the right to refuse cargo that poses a risk to facility safety or other stored assets.

3. Payment & Invoicing

All freight and storage invoices are payable within 15 days of the invoice date. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly service charge. We don't release cargo until all outstanding balances for that specific shipment are settled.
